Returns & Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Magda's Hair Care, we stand behind the quality of our premium hair care products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging is intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hair care products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products (e-books, guides)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer care team at hannes@bosbek.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Once approved, ship your item to:

Step 3: Use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You'll receive an email confirmation within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Contact us immediately at hannes@bosbek.co.za with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement shipment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account statement
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take additional time)
  3. Contact your bank about pending transactions
  4. If still unresolved, email us at hannes@bosbek.co.za

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit. The original purchaser will be notified of the return and receive the refund to their original payment method.
